Salary: $65,000+ (based on experience)

With a focus on solving complex problems in various sectors such as infrastructure, power, mining, industrial, and agriculture, this company is known for its innovative solutions and commitment to client success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design highways, roadways, and site developments, adhering to MoDOT and St. Louis County standards.
- Prepare design drawings, specifications, and reports, while conducting studies and cost estimates.
- Manage time efficiently to stay within project budgets and scopes.
- Collaborate with design teams and effectively communicate with clients and project personnel.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; expertise in Civil3D is a must.
- Experience with Microstation, GeoPak InRoads, or OpenRoads is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and ability to simplify technical issues.
- Willingness to travel occasionally and adhere to client and industry safety requirements.
