Job Description

Our Production Operators are key to our growth and are responsible for the mixing and blending of liquid and powder chemical raw materials into a finished product. No previous experience is necessary!! Training will be provided!!!
If team members are performing at a satisfactory level, they receive a 5% increase at the end of the 90-day probationary period.
2nd and 3rd shift team members receive a 1.75/hour shift premium.
Operators will be expected to:
Mandatory Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- Must be committed to working safely and producing high quality products
- Committed to teamwork by being approachable, respectful and willing to help others
- Ability to understand and perform processes across various production department(s)
- Willing and able to work 2nd or 3rd shift
- Ability to drive a forklift
- Ability to wear a respirator, climb stairs, and carry materials up to 50 pounds
- Capable of reading and understanding written instructions and/or procedures and able to comprehend any regulations pertaining to our industry
- Schedule TBD: Must be willing and able to work any shift (1st, 2nd, 3rd)
Non-Mandatory Qualifications: - Forklift/Tow Motor experience
- 1-3 years production and/or warehouse experience
- Previous experience working in a Lean Manufacturing environment
- SAP experience beneficial
- Ability to perform light maintenance on manufacturing equipment
- Basic knowledge of chemistry such that chemical reactions taking place in the production of products is understood
