Also, the orthodontist can provide a beautiful smile for both children and adults alike. Meanwhile our general dentists are high trained in all types of procedures such as Crowns, Root Canals, Extractions, including wisdom teeth, Gum Treatment, Implants, and Dentures all in relaxed friendly environment.

Dental scheduler needed for busy dental office. Experience working in the dental field is not required, but prior phone service is. Required to make 150 calls per day. A cheerful attitude a must. Competitive pay and opportunities for growth

Dental scheduler needed for busy dental office. Experience working in the dental field is a plus. Previous job experience with phone systems and customer service is also a plus. A cheerful attitude a must. Competitive pay and opportunities for growth.
Successful candidates will be organized and pay strong attention to detail. Customer service is a must and the perfect receptionist believes the patient comes first. Will be required to make 150 calls per day.
Additional requirements of this administrative role include:
•High School Diploma or equivalent
•1 to 2 years of call center experience or dental scheduling is a deal breaker
•Customer Service experience / personality
•Experience using Eaglesoft a plus
•Experience using Microsoft office including Word, Outlook, and Excel
•Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
•Bilingual Preferred (English, Spanish)
