IES is a physician owned and led group. We are currently seeking qualified ER physicians to join us at Andalusia Health.
Andalusia Health Emergency Room:
Our ER department offers quick access to diagnostics, such as lab and x-ray. Our goal is to meet the immediate healthcare needs of our patients and provide direction for follow up. We are a Level III Trauma and Stroke ready hospital accredited by the Alabama Department of Public Health.
- Annual volume: 20,000
- Admission rate: 15%
- Physician shift: 2 12hr shifts (7a-7p, 7p-7a)
- APP shift: 10hrs/day
- Physician pay: W-2 status: base + encounter incentive with average $235/hr for days and $255/hr for nights
- 9 Beds in Main ER and 3 Additional Hallway Beds
- EMR: MedHOST
