Job Description
Position Title: Financial Advisor
Reports to: Partner
Department: Sales
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Classification: Full-time / Exempt
Summary / Job Objective: Financial Advisors for Simplicity focus on meeting with clients to understand their financial needs while providing holistic planning advice and services to meet goals/objectives.
Essential Job Functions: Provide a holistic approach to financial/retirement planning for clients seeking advice by providing appropriate products and services to meet their specific goals/objectives.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Meet with prospective clients
· Manage sales pipeline
· Develop and present financial/retirement plans
· Onboard clients
· Conduct annual reviews
· Handle client services requests and needs
Qualifications:
· College Degree (Preferred not Required)
· 3+ years of financial services experience
· Insurance License
· Series 65
· Strong understanding of Finance and Financial planning
· Experience with virtual and phone sales is a plus
· Experience with Retirement Planning, Investments, and Financial Advisory

Compensation & Benefits:
Compensation (based on experience)
- Base salary: $50,000 - $60,000
- This is an Exempt position
- Commission
