Summary / Job Objective: 

As an Account Coordinator, you will work directly with our ever-growing client-facing team to assist in the execution of marketing strategies across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, website builds/execution, email marketing, and broadcast advertising.  You will be able to learn from subject matter experts in various marketing and sales channels to understand how marketing helps to generate incremental sales growth for our clients.

Your experience in this role will expose you to marketing and sales at the ground level to better prepare you for a long-lasting career in marketing and or account management.  As part of our client facing team, you will lead the coordination and execution of specific projects.  You will be responsible for helping your dedicated clients execute their daily, weekly, and monthly campaigns that best align with their growth goals.  Our company relies on your ability to be organized, detail oriented, communicate effectively, and to be able to take on new challenges with a positive attitude.  You are not only the first point of contact for our clients but also internally with our dedicated ad buying, website development, content, email marketing, and analytics teams to ensure smooth coordination and execution of all marketing campaigns. 

Primary Responsibilities:

Client Project and Campaign Management

  • Perform general administrative and quality control duties including the review of website, written content, emails, digital ads, and radio/tv post-logs that are vital to continued client growth and success
  • Work closely with respective client management teams to create and manage marketing and advertising projects for 15-20 advisories across the nation
  • Act as liaison between account teams and internal marketing teams to support client account projects, meetings, and assist in mass marketing campaigns
  • Facilitate ad hoc, client-specific requests with internal marketing teams

Client Account Management and Maintenance

  • Coordinate regular daily, weekly and monthly client tasks (website and content updates, email approvals, etc.)
  • Assist in client communications and participate in scheduled client calls
  • Facilitate and coordinate new client onboarding process to ensure websites, emails, content, and digital advertising are launched within dedicated onboarding schedule

Marketing and Business Development

  • Daily participation in growing a positive work environment for all employees including, but not limited to coordinating regular company social experiences
  • Manage dedicated client internal SharePoint website for general organization and future improvement

Qualifications:

·       Minimum 1-year of practical marketing experience

·       Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred

·       Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

·       Project management software experience is a plus

·       Financial literacy and licensing a plus

·       Experience collaborating across several departments and teams to facilitate and execute projects

·       Ability to aggregate data, generate accurate reports, and deliver campaign performance metrics and updates

·       Great positive attitude, self-starter, desire to learn new skills, and the ability to show tremendous initiative

·       Must be able to handle a fast-paced environment; ability to multi-task, facilitate projects and meet deadlines

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong editing, grammar, and proof-reading skills

·       Strong attention to detail, overall organization, and capacity to prioritize multiple tasks at a given time

·       Confident communicator, good listener and ability to accept constructive feedback

Compensation & Benefits:

Compensation (based on experience)

  • Hourly Rate:  $24/hour - $29/hour
  • This is a Non-Exempt position
