Miami Souvenirs is looking for a Receptionist to work at our main office in Miami Gardens.

Qualified candidate must be an excellent communicator and should be able to comfortably interact with individuals of all professional levels. Must be able to take direction well and work independently. Adaptability and Versatility are key!

REQUIRED SKILLS / DUTIES:

  • Customer service skills (Ability to answer client inquiries, in person and by phone or email)
  • Interpersonal skills (Openly communicate with the rest of our team)
  • Strong Written and Verbal communication skills (English and Spanish speaking IS A MUST)
  • An understanding of Common office equipment (Faxes and Copiers)
  • Computer skills appropriate to position (ie: MS Word, Excel, Outlook E-mail)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Detail oriented with superior follow-through skills
  • Ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
