Receptionist

We are looking for a pleasant Front Office Representative to undertake all receptionist and clerical duties at the desk of our main entrance. You will be the “face” of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make.

The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy going personality while also being very attentive to tasks assigned and thorough with project completion.

Responsibilities:

• Greet any clients or customers that enter the building, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
• Answer phones in a clear, professional and courteous manner, respond to inquiries or direct calls to the appropriate department.
• Take thorough messages and promptly deliver messages electronically to appropriate team member.
• Provide administrative support to account representatives including filing, faxing, making copies and scanning documents
• Inventory of supply closet and placing office supply orders
• Assist with generation of documents and packets for meetings and mailings.
• Bank Deposits and preparing items to mail out.

The goal is to make guests and visitors feel comfortable and valued while on our premises.
