The Lead Clinical Social Worker LCSW will plan and coordinate clinical services in accordance with organizational and regulatory guidelines. The Lead Clinical Social Worker LCSW will provide quality care including case management, education, and discharge planning. The Lead Clinical Social Worker LCSW will work collaboratively with all levels within the organization. The Lead Clinical Social Worker LCSW is supported by a team of Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, Registered Nurses, and staff.
Requirements include:
- Current Florida LCSW required
- Current Florida Registered Intern - Social Work of Mental Health Counseling
