The Nurse Manager is supported by a team of Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, Registered Nurses, and additional unit staff.  The team of Acute Care Nurse Managers reports to a supportive and motivated Nursing Director Inpatient Services . The RN Manager Medical Surgical also has the support of a team of Nursing Supervisors and Telemetry Nurse Educators. 

As Nurse Manager, you will manage the overall delivery of quality patient care through overseeing assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. This includes managing nursing staff, collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals, and taking steps to improve quality measures. This manager will have the opportunity to develop skills and the ability to be mentored by other clinical leaders. 

Individuals with any experience working in hospital leadership are encouraged to apply. In addition, a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or an MSN will be highly considered.
