Registered Nurse House Supervisor - Full-time / Part-time

An established critical access hospital located in the Upper Connecticut Valley region is now looking for an experienced Registered Nurse House Supervisor to join their award-winning healthcare team.

For more than a century, this 35-bed critical access hospital has provided accessible, affordable, and high-quality healthcare. This location represents a number of services including a level IV Trauma Center, inpatient services, orthopedics and surgical services, imaging and laboratory testing, behavioral health, and rehabilitative services. 

Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer, the RN House Supervisor will lead the daily operations of the critical access hospital. The RN House Supervisor is responsible for the patient placement throughout the facility, ensures quality patient care, implements system policies and procedures, coordinates all nursing care operations, and provides expert management of the organization. 

Requirements Include:

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing program
• Current RN license in state of New Hampshire or ability to obtain
• Progressive leadership experience preferred
