An acute care hospital in beautiful New York is looking for a Director Patient Experience to join their growing team!

The Manager Cardiothoracic ICU will have responsibility for coordination and delivery of patient care services. They will define, maintain, interpret, and monitor standards of professional nursing performance, and nursing practice. This position requires a NYS RN License and is BSN required, Master’s preferred. The right candidate will also have Critical Care experience that they can bring to this position.
