Nurse Practitioner Geriatric Health - Full-time / Part-time

The Geriatric Nurse Practitioner will work in various residential and long term care facilities providing expert acute and chronic care management for senior patients. The Nurse Practitioner will function as a licensed healthcare provider in a thriving senior care community. Requirements Include:

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
• Licensed as an ARNP in the state of New Hampshire
• Prior experience in geriatric health of long term care setting
