Bookkeeper Accounting Assistant

We are seeking a Bookkeeper Accounting Assistant to become an integral part of our team! You will compile data, compute charges, and prepare invoices.

Responsibilities:

• Learn and work in our AgVance based accounting and inventory system
• Track and record deliveries to customers
• Input sales, deliveries, bills, invoices to keep our books up to date
• Keep accurate records in accordance with company standards
• Greet customers and suppliers
• Perform all other office tasks

• Previous experience in billing, finance, or other related fields
• Experience in data entry
• Detail Oriented, Reliable, and Personable
• Knowledge of standard accounting procedures
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
