We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic Structural Engineer with 3-5 years of structural engineering experience, who is a self-starter, responsible, honest, and a hard worker who can lead others in the same work ethic to join our team.

- B.S. Degree in structural or civil Engineering or related field, and 3-5 years post-degree experience
- Licensed Professional Engineer preferred, but not required
- 3-5 years of structural/civil design experience with all types of materials preferred. Materials include: wood, concrete, masonry, and steel.
- Strong capability, experience, and knowledge in residential, commercial, and mixed-use structural design
- Technical writing skills in letters, reports, and specifications of moderate complexity with minimal guidance from supervisor.
- Exceptional organization and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under constrained deadlines
- Good working knowledge of engineering software – Excel, RISA, AutoCAD, ENERCALC and others
- Proficient in 2D and 3D modeling techniques and interprets the results of those models.
- Ability to serve as project engineer for more complex assignments under direction of the project manager.
