North Country HealthCare is transforming healthcare for rural Arizona as a Primary Care, Federally Qualified Teaching Health Center. We provide Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Obstetrics/Gynecology, Dental, Physical Therapy, and Behavioral Health services to the under-served population throughout northern Arizona. To become a part of our dedicated clinical team, you need the following qualifications:

• Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine
• Hold of be eligible to obtain an Arizona license
• Prefer working at an FQHC, CHC, or PCMH facility
