Advanced Practice Provider - Cardiology Outreach, Elkin, NC

Elevate your Cardiology expertise as an Advanced Practice Provider in this dynamic outreach role dedicated to our rural communities. From pivotal inpatient consultations at local rural hospitals to leading independent outpatient endeavors and supervising crucial cardiac stress tests, your influence will resonate across areas like Elkin and Wilkes. The schedule is 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday. NO WEEKENDS, NO NIGHTS, NO CALL.

REQUIREMENTS:

Physician Assistant:

• Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant Program, Master's degree preferred
• Licensed, or eligible, for North Carolina as a Physician Assistant
• Post-graduate experience is strongly preferred. Clinical experience, inpatient or outpatient, especially within the cardiovascular field--preferred.
• BLS & ACLS required.

Nurse Practitioner:

• Graduation from accredited Nurse Practitioner Master's Program
• Licensed, or eligible, for North Carolina Nurse Practitioner license
• Post-graduate experience is strongly preferred. Clinical experience, inpatient or outpatient, especially within the cardiovascular field--preferred.
• BLS & ACLS required.
