We are committed to delivering the highest standards in cleaning services, and I am looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Residential Cleaning Technician to help us shine brighter!
Responsibilities Include:
- Performing standard, deep, and move-in/out cleaning services.
- Perform cleaning tasks, including dusting, sanitizing, scrubbing, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and surface cleaning.
- Perform additional tasks, such as cleaning inside appliances and windows.
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience is needed, but we're willing to train the right person!
- Independent and detail oriented.
- Must be reliable and have physical stamina.
18+ years old
Pay and Benefits:
- Competitive starting salary ($15/hr. to start on day-one! with raises and promotions of up to $20/hr.) + tips and bonuses.
- Ability to earn more based on performance and experience.
- Periodic bonuses to reward your hard work and dedication.
- Mileage paid for certain scheduled jobs if you are required to drive.
- Earn tips which are paid out every two-weeks.
- Flexible Schedule/Flexible Hours.
