Job Description

This is either full or part time and we will train to advance to the next level. We are looking for two individuals. A Prep cook, support the Line cooks by preparing ingredients, basic cooking, and learning the kitchen operation. Learn to be a line cook and beyond. A Dishwasher is a person that is in the beginning of learning kitchen skills and, sometimes, going into the restaurant to bus tables.

Both positions are vital to keeping the kitchen going throughout the day. Each shift could be a full day or part of a day, whatever you choose.

This is an established, 34year old restaurant with a new owner for the past year. Our patrons are 50% local and 50% seasonal. All know us well and they respect quality work.
