Restaurant Manager General Manager

We are seeking a Manager to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Willing to work nights and weekends, holidays when necessary
• Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
• Train and evaluate employees
• Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting
• Resolve escalated customer complaints

• Have 3-5 years full service management experience
• Be professional and Charismatic
• Be a hands on manager with ability and energy to continually direct staff in confident and enthusiastic manner
• Have a polished well groomed appearance
• Complete understanding of hospitality and what it means to ensure total guest satisfaction
• True passion for the industry
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Strong leadership qualities
• Must live within 30 miles of this location
