We have an immediate opening for a full time Technician for Production/Service in our Southeast Bulloch County Facility. Our company was established in 2017 with a solid expanding customer base. We are a small, but very well recognized leader in the industry. This opening is a perfect opportunity for an organized individual having the desire to help the company grow. This is an entry level position with top pay and full training for the right person.

Requirements- The position requires an individual that is drug free, has a good driving record, must possess or have the ability to obtain a US passport for international travel, and have a clean criminal background. National and international travel is a requirement. Travel will be about 15% to 35% of the time and up to two weeks at a time. All travel expenses are paid.

The suitable individual will be able to demonstrate competency in the following parameters:

· Able to work in an unsupervised environment. Includes goal setting, assess progress achievements, and communicate progress with management.

· Ability to communicate with clients and coordinator over phone, text, email, etc. regarding the schedule, changes to the schedule, or technician needs.

· Recognize potential and apparent problems that will impact the daily goals. Research solutions, develop a problem-solving approach to implement the solution, communicate the plan with management, and work efficiently to implement the response.

· Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word.

· Ability to solve problems using critical thinking techniques. Thinks logically and able to produce algorithms to arrive at a desired solution.

· Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. without assistance.

· Ability to see a job to completion. Sometimes this requires extended days/nights.

The following experience is not required but will offer additional suitability for the acceptance of the stated position:

· Solid model CAD design

· Electrical controls

· Fluid power

· Programming

· Welding (GMAW)

· Conventional machining

· Estimating

Education and experience- Education and experience will be considered, but no specific education or experience is required to fill this position.
