LaSalle is growing and looking for an experienced project manager to manage large construction projects in its growing Automotive and Industrial Markets.

As Project Manager, take the lead role on the project interfacing with the client, field operations, and support staff to deliver successful projects.  Our project managers typically handle multiple projects across differing business markets and segments. 

The individual roles of the project manager will include developing and implementing project schedules, organization and coordination of subcontractors and self-perform trades; development and implementing project budgets and forecasts; regular project status reports; procurement and contracting of vendors and subcontractors; manage and coordinate internal resources; and maintain client relationships.

Duties include:

• Understanding the requirements of the project and taking active part in planning, scheduling and budgeting the project
• Having a strong overview about any problems that might crop up in the project and ensuring that contingency plans are prepared
• Estimating and evaluating the available resources and allocating work based on the capability of workers
• Communicating with different departments in the company, outside the company and government organizations to ensure that all requirements, permits and licensure of the project are in place
• Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules
• Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards
• Lead teams in all operations
