NES Health seeks a Full-Time Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our practice at Alliance Health Durant located in Durant, Oklahoma. 

 About the Hospital 

• 138 Bed Community Hospital 
• Part of Alliance Health 
• GE RIS EMR 
• Teaching Hospital with FM Residents 

Coverage includes:? 

• Radiology and Teleradiology at night (10p-7a)? 
• Interventional Radiology (arthrograms, myelograms)? 
• Stroke Center (acute ready certified)? 
• Pediatrics (24 hr on call coverage)? 
• Tele psychiatry? 
• Anesthesiology?? 
• Line Service (PICC Line team)? 
• Ultrasound in-house during the day? 
• OB/Gyn?? 
• Hospitalist? 
• ENT (no on-call)? 
• Cardiology? 
• Tele-Neurology?? 
• 8 Bed ICU 
• 12 Bed PCU 

About the Program and Hours 

• 21 Bed ED 
• 26,200 Annual Visit ED 
• 19% admission rate from ED 
• 12-hour Physician Shifts (8a-8p, 8p-8a) 
• 12-hour APP Shifts (8a-8p, 1p-1a) 

Qualifications 

• Active Oklahoma license in the state or ability to attain unrestricted state license 
• Candidate Must be PA or FNP BE/BC 
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, ATLS required. 
• Must live/relocate to Oklahoma or be within a 4-hour drive
