Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Assistant Manager / General Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining high standards of service.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the General Manager to oversee daily hotel operations
- Supervise and support various hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, and F&B
- Assist in recruiting, training, and managing staff members
- Uphold and enforce hotel policies and procedures
- Address guest concerns and ensure resolutions to guarantee satisfaction
- Manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and contribute to revenue maximization strategies
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment throughout the hotel
