What You Bring to the Table

We are looking for customer-focused Roadside Assistance Technicians. As a Roadside Assistance Technician, you will be assisting customers who have had trouble with their car. The major services provided are:

  • Jump Start Assists (JS)
  • Battery Sales
  • Car Door Unlocks (CDU’s)
  • Fuel Delivery
  • Lock Picks
  • Tire Changes

Our staff enjoy solving problems and helping our community. We strive to utilize industry best in class technology to ensure that we are able to deliver a high quality product to our customers while always focusing on internal improvement.

We operate 24/7 which provides several scheduling options.

Qualifications

Preferred (While preferred we are focused on Skills Based Recruiting and are engaged in training up our staff):

  • Roadside Assistance Background
  • Towing Background
  • Taxi / Uber / Rideshare Background
  • Light Automotive Repair Background
  • Bi-Lingual

Required:

  • Valid Drivers License with Clean DMV Record
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Ability to conduct physical work (Tire Changes, CDU’s, Etc)

Soft Skills Required:

  • Ability to work independently
  • Be a good communicator
  • Be reliable and trustworthy
  • Critical thinking to solve problems in the field
  • Excel in a fast-paced ever changing environment
  • Excited to multi-task
  • Have a curiosity and drive to be in a continuous learning environment

  • You have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
