Vendor/Breakdown Coordinator

McCollister's Global Services, a leading provider of supply chain solutions is looking for a Vendor/Breakdown Coordinator to work in our new Burlington NJ headquarters.

Responsibilities include:

• Field Vendor Inquiries
• Schedule and Monitor Repairs with Vendors
• Review and Approve Vendor Estimates
• Process Vendor Invoices
• Input Invoices in Fleet Maintenance System
• Communicate with Internal Operations Groups on Schedules and Status
• Field Calls from Drivers and Vendors related to Breakdowns/Road calls
• Work with Breakdown Service on approvals if needed

1-2 years of experience preferred.
