We are recruiting for a full-time Project Manager
We are home remodeling and home repair experts, and desire a motivated and strong communicator who has supervision and/or project management experience, preferably in the construction space.

Essential Responsibilities
o Work with Sales team to ensure prospect/customer estimates are solid for both labor and materials
o Work with Sales team to schedule projects, resources, materials, etc. for each project; produce project plan & resource plan
o Selection of inhouse vs subcontractors for all projects; identify and vet reliable and professional sub-contractors
o Responsible for preparation of documents for permitting with various counties, based on their respective requirements
o Responsible for finding the optimal supplier for materials, including negotiation of pricing; coordinating delivery of materials to job sites
o Ensure schedule is conducive to setting customers up for success
o Ensure all job sites are clean, professional and in safe circumstances
o Manage job schedule, quality, and labor according to estimate and customer expectations
o Coordination with architects and engineers, when required on certain projects
o Provide team(s) clear expectations of quality, efficiencies, and how work is to be completed
o Communicate with customers proactively and frequently pertaining to status of job, expectations, quality checks, punch-lists, etc.
o Solicit customer review at completion of project
Requirements
· Strong communications skills, verbal, writing, in-person
· Problem solving skills
· Proven ability to manage multiple projects at one time
· Solid negotiation skills
· Conceptual understanding of financial performance, and keen ability to drive performance of team(s) to meet budget and timing
· Drivers license, and ability to get to/from work daily
· High school degree, at a minimum
· Minimum of 2 years in a project management role (preferred in construction), and at least 1-year supervising others
