Residential Aide

Residential Aide Responsibilities and Duties

• Will have direct contact with residents on a daily basis
• Provide assistance with activities
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Director
• Documentation of daily task
• Administering medications
• Maintain a safe and secured environment

Residential Aide Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services related field.
• At least 1 year of Crisis Stabilization experience
• Must have own reliable transportation
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients and staff
• Strong leadership qualities
• Professionalism and strong work ethic
• Certified Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC)
