Job Description
The ENT Center of Northwest Alabama is committed to providing our community with relief from Allergy and Sinus disease. We're seeking to hire a full-time patient experience coordinator that is detail-oriented, self-driven, and excited to be a part of an expanding medical practice.
Our Front Desk Team is crucial to our administrative team. This role will lead to serving all of our patients from the moment they walk through the door, ensuring that they have the proper next steps when they are checking out, creating a unique and one of a kind patient experience, providing clear direction for those who trust us with their care.
Responsibilities:
Checking In and Checking Out
Assisting patients with paperwork and insuring they are put into our system properly
Scheduling appointments for patient consultations, procedures and visits with medical personnel
Liaise and coordinate with health care professionals about schedules, patients and any changes
Ensuring all patient interactions are pleasant and positive
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service
Excellent communication skills
Ability to multitask and quickly evaluate problems
Ability to build lasting relationships with patients and community
