GM Cyclebar Carmel Rancho

CycleBar Carmel Rancho is seeking a high-energy, sales driven, goal driven, incredibly organised person to personally manage CycleBar Carmel Rancho studio. Cyclebar is a boutique studio that offers the best indoor/outdoor cycling experience.
This is a full time salary plus performance pay bonus position.
This position requires a person to be able to lead a team that includes Lead CBX (front desk sales staff), CBX team and CycleStar Instructors.
This person is highly motivated by goals, understand KPI's and is experienced at setting goals and driving them daily within the studio, weekly meetings with your owner, and training the studio team to achieve goals set by the GM and owner.
This position requires experience in Leadership and believes success happens with a team effort. This person must continue the development of team culture within their team and understands how to build a team experience amongst our employees and our community of riders.
This person also understands that this position requires a full time commitment that may go beyond 40 hours in a work week. This person knows as a leader, they must exemplify this characteristic in all that he/she may do.
