Front Desk Position

Part-time. Sunday 11pm - 7am, Monday 11pm - 7am, Thursday 7am - 3pm

Definition:

General:

The Island House Condos is a community in Margate City, NJ. Every condo is individually owned.

The Front Desk supports and provides services to our owners.

There are 153 units in the building.

The Front Desk is located in the lobby common area of the building.

Responsibilities:

The Front Desk Agent is responsible for the safety and security of all residents and their guests.

Front Desk agent can give key access to owners units with authorization from the owner.

Logging information in a series of journals that are kept at the Front Desk.

Responsible for signing in packages and mail and notifying owners of its arrival.

Each shift has different responsibilities that are outlined in the policies and procedures manual.

Qualities:

Must be sharp and maintain even disposition.

Ability to multi-task. The summer months are very busy with owners and guests.

Must be able to make quick decisions if Manager not on property.

Working knowledge of computer and camera systems.

Must have prior work experience.
