We are seeking a Promotional Sales Assistant/ Customer Service Rep to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing advertising product and service information and resolving technical issues.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving trends, advertising products and services
• Input and Close Orders
• File Editing and Preparation for Decorating
• Update websites with new trends
• Mass market and social media

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields is a PLUS
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office
