Appointment Coordinator

Playtime Dental is a fast paced office looking for a friendly, multitasking, and self-starting Full-Time Appointment Coordinator. Our office philosophy is to have a positive team atmosphere that makes coming to work enjoyable. You will be greeting and registering patients, answering and managing incoming calls, scheduling and confirming appointments, managing patient records and entering information into Dentrix, collecting and processing payments, checking insurance eligibility, other tasks and duties as assigned.
