Job Description

• Ensure that the kitchen, all food prep areas, and all food storage areas meet restaurant cleaning standards

• Do prep work for other shifts

• Follow food recipes and maintain consistency.

• Follow directions of the Kitchen chef.

Job Requirements

• Requires the ability to bend, twist, and stand for the duration of shifts.

• Requires ability to lift up to 40 lbs. at a given time.

• Requires the ability to learn and maintain knowledge our products and procedures.

• Available to work flexible hours: early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Must be able to provide own transportation.
