Employee must be able to communicate with general contractors to define scope and negotiate pricing. Estimator will need to keep track of changes in Procore and estimate change orders. Minimum 3-5 years experience. Subcontract, part time or full time negotiable. Pay is determined by experience and capability. Flexible schedule.
