The Gardens at East Mountain is seeking a  CNA / LPN to join our Weekend Baylor program in our skilled nursing facility in Wilkes Barre, PA .

Special Weekend Baylor program; work 36 hours and get paid for 40, AND receive full benefits.

You will work alongside fellow caregivers to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan as a Certified Nursing Assistant CNA.

The primary purpose is the LPN is to administer nursing care in a nursing home environment, under the supervision of a registered nurse or other medical supervisors.

Available Shifts: 

• Full-Time 6am-6pm and 6pm-6am

*This position works 12 hours every Saturday and 12 hours every Sunday and one 8 hour shift during the week (11-7am).  Upon completion of the required time, you will get 6 Baylor hour per week.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Practical Nurse or Active Certified Nursing Assistant Certification
• Has Long Term Care Experience

Responsibilities:

• Administer nursing care in a nursing home environment under the supervision of a registered nurse or other medical supervisors.
• Provide basic medical care, including changing bandages, administering prescribed medication, and collecting specimens.
