Inside sales - FOR GROWING LUMBER & MILLWORK DEALER
Inside Sales Essential Responsibilities for Lumber & Building Material Sales:
•	Position requires job site visits, showroom appointments, estimating and installation coordination
•	Candidates should possess the ability to develop sales
•	Building material sales to professional builders, remodelers, and do-it-yourselfers
•	Place special orders
•	Prepare quotes for lumber related products, decks, windows, etc.…
•	Troubleshoot problems customers may have
•	Maintain showrooms
•	Pull store items for delivery
•	Provide accurate delivery instructions, manage deposits and customer payments
•	Easily apply
Inside Sales Lumber & Building Material Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
•	building material knowledge, trim moulding, interior/exterior millwork, doors and windows
•	ability to read blueprints is helpful
•	work with computer POS systems
•	strong interpersonal skills
•	phone etiquette
•	able to prioritize and manage multiple jobs
•	ability to make change, handle money and credit cards
•	be able to lift, carry and move 70#, if needed
•	be able to sit and stand for long periods of time
•	team player, long term outlook, advocate for company
