Team Member Position
The Team Member is an integral part of the business. Team Members are the first person that customers see when they walk through the door and are the first voice customers hear at the drive-thru. In this role you represent the entire restaurant and are a significant part of the customer experience. This is a very important job for friendly, helpful individuals who enjoy working in fast-paced environments while paying attention to detail. Primary responsibilities include taking orders, preparing food, assisting in resolving service issues, maintaining food-safety standards, and maintaining a clean, safe work and dining environment. A successful candidate will have a well-groomed appearance, good work habits, and a positive attitude. Cook Position
The Cook is an essential member of the team. The success of the restaurant depends on providing a superior product which is key to the overall customer experience. The Cook is responsible for following documented preparation and cooking techniques to ensure high quality and food safety compliant products are being served to our guests. In order to guarantee superior results, the Cook must adhere to the proper execution of brand approved preparation procedures.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
• \tUse the correct tools to prepare, cook, and present our products
• \tMaintain a clean, neat, and well-stocked area to ensure food quality
• \tMaintain and regularly clean cookers inside and out
• \tManage oil/shortening levels and regularly inspect oil quality
• \tDeliver quality products that meet company and brand expectations

Requirements:

Team Member Requirements
• \tMust have good communication skills
• \tMust have commitment to excellent customer service
• \tMust be able to work a cash register
• \tMust have good personal grooming
• \tMust pass background check criteria
• \tAble to sweep/mop floors, dust shelves, and lift/carry out trash containers to an outside bin
• \tAble to clean the parking lot and grounds surrounding the restaurant
• \tAble to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs
• \tMust complete FSCC (Food Safety Compliance Certification)
• \tMust complete CORE training
• \tMust complete Service Mastery training program

Cook Requirements
• \tMust have good personal grooming
• \tMust have good communication skills
• \tAble to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs
• \tAble to conduct motions such as: pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists
• \tMust complete Chicken Mastery training program with RGM verification
• \tMust complete FSCC (Food Safety Compliance Certification)
• \tMust complete CORE training
