• Provide every guest with a personal, exceptional experience
• Ensure prompt, professional and efficient operations at the front desk
• Providing engaging and distinctive guest service
• Uphold hotel policies and procedures
• Follow all required standards and procedures

Requirements:

• Previous Hotel Experience
• Ability to solve problems and multitask
• High energy and enthusiasm for guest service
• Hilton experience preferred
