Staffmark is currently recruting an HR Administrator for one of out top clients in the Scottsdale area.
Candidate must have expertise in the latest version of ADP, must be able to work in a fast paced environment with multiple priorities all at the same time, must be detail-oriented, customer focused, enthusiastic and have a strong aptitude for accuracy and organization.
Job Duties
Processes candidates through the employment process from candidate screening, hiring, and onboarding.
Processes all new hires through ADP Workforce Now.
Assists hiring managers in submitting job requisitions to management for approval.
Assists hiring managers in developing job descriptions and/or job postings for open positions.
Maintains all company job postings and career opportunities listed on the company website.
Administers background checks, employment verifications, references and assessments for candidates as required, in compliance with all federal and state credit and criminal background check regulations.
Notifies all appropriate parties so that new employee is set up on a timely basis for office space, licenses, computer, telephone, software access, new employee orientation and other job-related needs.
Develops and processes all employment offer letters.
Maintains all employee data in ADP, including hiring, promotion, demotion, address, title, compensation, location, benefits, termination and other data.
Maintains all employee files and ensures compliance with retention guidelines.
Schedules completion of the form I-9 with all new hires in compliance with federal guidelines. Processes all I-9's through E-Verify.
Submits all complete background investigations for HR review; adds review and Letters of Explanation as needed to personnel files.
Keeps all hiring managers up to date on the status of all background checks and scheduled pre-employment assessments.
Participates in culture building events include end-of-month lunch, special employee events, wellness initiatives, etc.
Assists with all other HR duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Expertise in the latest version of ADP Workforce Now.
Two to three years of administrative experience.
Human Resources experience preferred but not required.
High School Diploma/GED required, AA or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
Strong customer service skills and focus.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment where priorities are constantly changing.
Strong administrative and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy a must.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
