Part Time Partner

Part Time Partnership track position offered at our growing private practice at the large teaching hospital of Baystate Medical Center in Western Massachusetts. All specialties welcomed to apply. Fellowship training preferred. In addition to your specialty, you will be expected to participate in all rotations based on CT, US, and Plain Film, including call. No expectation for MRI, procedures, Breast, Pediatrics, or Nuclear Medicine, other than what is appropriate within your specialty. We are unusual in offering partnerhsip track for a part time radiologist from Day One, and once you a part time partner you will have the same job stability and political power as full time partners. We do not hire radiologists as employees except at their speciific request. We offer this because we value our current part time partners and recognize that part time hours is the best life fit for a substantial percentage of job seekers. We are large enough to welcome the right canditate in nearly any specialty. Possible part time options include 50%, 60%, and 80% of full time status. Radiology and Imaging may be considererd a "hybrid" practice, being a private practice at a large teaching hosptial with a radiology residency. We are centered at Baystate Medical Center, and also provide services to 3 smaller affiiated hosptials with identical EMR and PACS, and several outpatient sites. Baystate Medical Center is a 700+ bed hosptial that serves as a regional campus for the University of Massachusetts Medical Center. There are four radiology residnets a year, and teaching is an expected part of this position. The Pioneer Valley is convenienlty located, offering easy access to Boston, New York City, Cape Cod, Vermont, and the Berkshires.
