Roundtable Pizza Restaurant General Manager - Full-time

Round Table Pizza in Redmond is hiring a General Manager. We are looking for a highly qualified, upbeat, and ambitious individual with QSR or pizza delivery restaurant management experience.

We offer the opportunity for a driven General Manager to help shape strategy and drive processes that will shape the business for years to come. Locally owned, the General Manager of our franchised restaurant will report directly to local (and present) ownership and be able to influence immediate change and have ideas be heard.

We believe in maintaining balance between work and personal life, and moreover that working in our restaurant should be fun and engaging; the new General Manager will be joining a team already well established with strong experience, and a team-centric dynamic.

What we expect (minimum requirements):

• 2 years experience as a restaurant manager / assistant manager
• 2 years experience working with POS systems
• 1-2 years experience managing food & labor cost
• Proficiency in Office
• 2+ years experience in food handling
• 2+ years experience managing people

What would be nice to have (desired qualifications):

• Experience in analyzing sales & marketing program trends
• Experience in design and implementation of marketing programs
• Experience in improving restaurant processes
• Experience in business to business catering or partnerships
