The Manufacturing Engineer will:
Assist ISAAC Manufacturing Lead in activities associated with utilization of the ISAAC robot to include:
· Tracking and coordinating day-to-day operation/tasks/issues for ISAAC team to assure that the team meets quality and schedule commitments and forwards concerns to ISAAC management for resolution.
· Defining resource needs and requirements.
· Troubleshooting and solving problems related to operation of ISAAC.
· Implementing new capabilities such as stitching, including software and hardware integration, on ISAAC.
· Performing systems integration activities to Integrate new technologies onto the ISAAC system.
· Developing certifications, procedures, and other documents.
· Compiling information related to procurement's supporting the ISAAC robot and cell.
· Providing technical information to projects on ISAAC capabilities, tooling, drawings, programming, etc.
· Assisting with complex CAD modeling and robot programming and saving templates for future use.
Qualifications:
· Bachelors Degree in appropriate (e. g., engineering) field.
· 5-10 years experience in *composites* manufacturing.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Proven ability to work with both engineering and technician professionals.
