Medical Receptionist

Aerotek is looking for Bilingual Medical Receptionist for a large client in the North Houston. Medical Receptionist will be responsible for interacting with patients, handling phone calls, inputting sensitive data, and coordinating with other departments.
- Will be fielding 20-25 patients a day and handling paperwork, facesheet prints, check-ins, insurance paperwork, collecting payment from patients, etc.
- New Patient processing, insurance validating, medical records, etc.

Qualified Candidates:

Minimum 3 years of experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) Required
- Microsoft Office/ Excel
- Clinic/ Hospital XP (Urology experience is a plus)
- Must have basic understanding of health care industry (i.e. co-pay, hipaa rules, etc.)
- Insurance Verification experience is a plus but not required
- Must have a customer service personality, be a team player, and be willing to help
- High school diploma
