About this job

Our client is currently hiring for a Jr. PM for their Aberdeen, MD location. Work will be performed both on and off-post and will require a current active or interim DOD Secret Clearance.

The selected candidate will provide troubleshooting and engineering analysis to ensure the proper operation and performance of customer products and services. They will conduct engineering analysis and ensure the quality of service to the organization's customers. The selected candidate will apply basic principles, theories, and concepts to job assignments and exhibit technical and operational proficiency solving problems of moderate complexity. They will contribute to completion of projects and programs in area of expertise while interfacing with internal and external customers. Finally, this placement will serve as a Subject Matter Expert, providing analysis, and communicating the requirements for individual and interdependent program tasks.

Requirements:

-2 years of experience with working in the area of Engineering Analysis in industry on integrated multi-level programs
-Experience with analyzing Engineering and Technical Capabilities processes, documents, and briefings on topics including Network and Platform System of Systems Integration requirements, Capability Sets (CS), and Army Modernization Plans to provide long- and short-range planning support to the Army's Modernization processes
-Ability to collect and consolidate information to support analysis leading to the fielding of capabilities, perform analysis and evaluation, and support the planning, programming, budgeting, and execution of major Project Management (PM) programs in the Army Modernization Plan
-Secret clearance
-BA or BS degree in Engineering

Additional Qualifications:
-2 years of experience with working in Engineering Analysis on integrated multi-level DoD programs
-2 years of experience in a position that required preparing and presenting detailed reports and documents based upon the analysis conducted
