Bilingual Recruiter

Manufacturing Company in Irving, TX is currently looking for a Bilingual (Spanish and English) recruiter for their HR department. Must be able to work flexible hours, Monday through Friday. Must be fluent in Spanish and be able to set orientations when needed.

Requirements:

-College Degree

-Bilingual (Spanish)

-Flexible hours Monday through Friday

-Recruiting experience is a plus

-Must be able to communicate with employee candidates for Maintenance, Production, Shipping, and Quality departments

-Microsoft office

-Attend networking events and job fairs
