Project Manager - Full-time / Part-time

One of the largest construction companies in the Myrtle Beach area is looking for a Project Manager to come aboard and immediately help on a large 2 year commercial project.

The individual will be responsible for managing the budget, subcontractor community, RFI, Change Orders, submittals scheduling, and communication with the owner.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years PM experience
• Experience with large commercial projects
• Track record of completing projects on time and on/under budgets
• Customer and client focused
