IT Systems Analyst (Help Desk)
Job Description:
This person will be responsible for both the hardware and software issues including: setup, troubleshooting, systems upgrading & desktop issues.
Qualifications:
3+ years in a similar role
Familiarity with the following:
-Sharepoint, MD Windows, MS Office, MS Exhange, Oracle, Webex, Cisco, AutoDesk
-Need to know how to do computer setup for new hires
-Familiarity with Sharepoint ticketing system
-Must have excellent self management skills, good communication, and be a self starter*
-Up to 10-15% travel
*This position will have out of office support, but will be the only IT/Help Desk person sitting at the customer site of 150+ employees. For true software issues there are escalation tiers to experts.
