About this job
Looking for candidates who have experience:
- Applying sub-coats and finish coatings to all metal components and finished product.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Performs preparation work prior to painting, such as repairing surface defects sanding and cleaning.
Close attention to detail
-
Applies masking tape or other material over parts and areas that are not to be coated.

Fills, grinds, and sands repaired surfaces, using power tools and hand tools.

Fills depressions with body filler, and may file dings to remove burrs and rough spots to attain smooth surface.

May prime or paint surfaces after performing body repair.
Skills/Qualifications:
- 2-5 year's experience in a paint booth doing industrial or automotive painting
