Bilingual Customer Service Representative

This person is supporting the customer service and order entry for all of the distributors in Latin America. They will be responding to customer orders and provide any customer service related needs.

-45% of their day will be order processing. Working within AS-400 / Power-links to enter new orders and inform customers of pricing.
-25% of their day will be responding to customer service related issues over the phone. Will handle issues with orders and any customer service related needs.
-20% of their day will be responding to customer emails. Customer orders and any other customer service related needs.
-10% handling any small clerical/administrative tasks including filing, faxing, data entry etc.

Qualifications:

• 3+ Years of customer service/order entry
• HS Diploma
• Bilingual in Spanish
